WHICH TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP SHOULD YOU HAVE?
Thank you for your interest in joining the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS (ICBR). 
To determine which type of membership you are qualified to have, answer the following questions.
Your answers will direct you to the correct membership type for which you should apply.
1. Do you currently belong to a Board of REALTORS in Indiana?
(such as MIBOR, GNIAR, FWAAR, or other)
2. Are you a CCIM, SIOR, CPM, CRE, or ALC?
3. Are you a Principal Broker in your firm?

Primary membership in ICBR with full benefits, and for the member discount on an upgraded ICREX subscription. One Member/All Members Policy applies: ICBR bylaws require all commercial brokers within a firm be members of ICBR if any other commercial broker within your firm is a member.

Primary membership in ICBR with full benefits, and for the member discount on an upgraded ICREX subscription. Principal Broker must join for anyone in the firm to have Primary membership. One Member/ All Members Policy applies: ICBR bylaws require all commercial brokers within a firm be members of ICBR if any other commercial broker within your firm is a member.

Secondary membership in ICBR with full benefits, and for the member discount on an upgraded ICREX subscription.You will continue to pay your annual dues for the Indiana Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS through your Primary membership Board of REALTORS.

Institute Affiliate membership in ICBR with limited benefits, and for the Industry Affiliate rate on an upgraded ICREX subscription. Institute Affiliate members are required to hold membership in their designating organization and NAR in order to maintain their designations. Institute Affiliate members should select ICBR as their local board when renewing NAR membership.
