ICREX Awards Program

Are you a successful commercial real estate professional that utilizes ICREX for your listing and business needs?

If so, you could be one of the first recipients of the new ICREX Awards program. Developed by ICBR to recognize those members who are faithful users of the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange, awards will be given based on transactions and user activity beginning 2014.

ICREX Awards will be presented in the following categories:

• Industrial
• Office
• Retail
• “Transaction of the Year”

Three finalists will be selected in each category based on the total amount of square feet leased and sold in each particular category for the year. All data must be entered into ICREX to be eligible.

An awards committee consisting of two Board Members and three ICREX Committee members will verify each completed transaction and select a winner based on the following criteria:

• Total square footage (properties sold and leased) for the time period 1/1/14 – 12/31/14.
• Broker/Agent reputation for professionalism in the CRE community and involvement in the community as a whole.

Winners will be announced in January each year, and recognized with an award at the annual Indiana Commercial Real Estate Conference.
