How to Join

To join ICBR, please follow the application process below:

  1. Complete a membership application based on membership type. Membership applications can be found on our Membership Types page.
  2. Submit your dues based on the Dues and Fees Schedule located on the Membership Types page. Keep in mind that your dues are prorated based on the month your application is submitted for approval.

Once your application is approved by the Board of Directors:

  1. You will receive an email that contains your user name and password for ICREX. Take a moment to log in to www.ICREX.net and create your profile.
  2. You will receive a welcome packet from ICBR about one week after your application is approved. Primary Members will also receive welcome packets from the Indiana Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® in 6-8 weeks.
