INDIANAPOLIS – Nearly 400 commercial real estate professionals are expected to gather for the 2015 Indiana Commercial Real Estate Conference, June 4-5, at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. Hosted by the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ICBR) this year’s conference schedule has been extended to a day and a half of education, allowing brokers the opportunity to earn all required continuing education units (CEUs) under the new license law and network with other industry professionals.

The only commercial real estate conference in Indiana, education sessions are focused on topics relevant to the industry and are designed to help brokers meet the needs of their business and clients. With more than 25 vendors onsite it is a great opportunity to connect with industry suppliers as well.

Education begins with four hours of CEU Thursday, June 4, at 2 p.m., and continues through Friday, June 5, with an additional eight hours of CEU beginning at 8 a.m. Breakouts offered cover contracts, legislative issues, tax law changes, and much more. Sessions will include regular broker and managing broker CEU.

The conference is proud to welcome two engaging keynote speakers this year. Rod Santomassimo, founder and president of The Massimo Group will begin Friday’s schedule by teaching brokers how to maximize their professional income. Adam Sledd, a leader at the Institute for Market Transformation, will close conference with a discussion on using “green” principles to improve tenant satisfaction and reduce operating expenses.

Networking is an essential component of commercial real estate, and this year’s conference offers several opportunities. Professionals can begin their conference experience early on June 4, by attending the annual ICBR Golf Outing at Broadmoor Country Club, or annual Sporting Clay Fun Shoot at the Indiana Gun Club.

Attendees are invited to attend the conference’s Welcome Reception at the JW Marriott, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Early bird registration ends May 15, and can be completed online at www.myICBR.org. For questions contact ICBR at 317.328.5259.
