ULI-Indiana: On Location – Volumod

For the first ULI On Location of 2023, join us for a tour of Volumod and learn about its impact and associated development on the Far Eastside! Volumod works with local developers and constructs efficient and affordable multi- and single-family homes in a factory on the Far Eastside of Indianapolis using a volumetric modular process. Volumod's tradespeople—including many coming out of incarceration or addiction through a re-entry program—complete multiple processes simultaneously to greatly accelerate the timetable of construction.
