Continuing Education

Continuing education is important in any profession, and especially important to Indiana Real Estate license holders. The Indiana Real Estate Commission requires brokers to receive continuing education each year (July 1 – June 30) in order to maintain an active license.

ICBR offers a variety of education opportunities that cater to these continuing education requirements, including:

  • District Events – Local networking and education offered throughout the state
  • Discovering Commercial Real Estate – A 4-hour introductory course to the commercial real estate industry, offered throughout the year.
  • Commercial Certificate Program – This program offers a comprehensive curriculum spanning the industry and is ideal for professionals new to or wanting to begin their commercial real estate career.
  • Indiana Commercial Real Estate Conference – This annual event is the only statewide 100% commercial real estate conference in the State and offers all 12-hours of required CE in a day and half event.

You can review all CE requirements and learn more about ICBR’s education offerings online at: www.myICBR.org
