Property Buyers and Sellers Want Listings with 3D Tours: 95% of people for are more likely to call about properties with 3D virtual tours (Matterport)

Tips in getting started with virtual tours:

  1. Hire an experienced photographer familiar with an advanced technology, such a Matterport.
  2. Prepare the space for a photo shoot. Tidy up the space. Less is more – remove unnecessary furniture, clutter and people.
  3. The best lighting for exterior shots is at sundown.
