IREM: Heroes for the House 5K
NCAA Hall of Champions 700 W Washington St, Indianapolis, United StatesThis 5K event is perfect for competitive and fun runners, walkers, joggers, moms, dads, children and even pets! Event proceeds help families with children in area hospitals stay at the nearby Ronald McDonald House at little or no cost. That way, parents can be with their children throughout treatment without worrying about a large hotel bill. So far, IREM Indy, with the help of sponsors and participants, has raised over $325,000! All of their great efforts go a long way, earning IREM Indy the prestigious Helping Hand Award and having a room named after them at the Ronald McDonald House!

Commercial Industry Event Calendar Submission & Promotion Policy
CREA & ICBR maintain an event calendar to promote and support the activities of our partner organizations represented on the Board of Directors and to highlight key events within Indiana’s commercial real estate community. Priority is given to partner organizations; however, a limited number of events from other qualifying organizations may be considered.

Partner Organization Events
Events hosted by partner organizations are eligible for inclusion and promotion. Promotion methods are determined at the discretion of CREA & ICBR staff and leadership.
Non-Partner Organization Events
Non-partner organizations may request inclusion if they meet the following criteria:
- Must be a nonprofit organization
- Event must be relevant to Indiana’s commercial real estate industry
- Must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event
- Submission must be completed through the official event form
Submission does not guarantee approval or promotion.
Event Information Requirements (All Organizations)
All events must include the following:
- Hosting organization name
- Event name
- Date and time
- Location or virtual details
- Brief event description
- Organization logo
- Event registration link
Submitting organizations are responsible for providing updates on any changes to event details. Incomplete submissions may not be considered.
Additional Guidelines
- Inclusion on the calendar does not guarantee additional promotion
- CREA & ICBR determine all promotional methods at their discretion
- Submission does not imply endorsement or sponsorship
- Use of CREA & ICBR name or logo requires prior written approval
- Membership/contact lists will not be provided
- CREA & ICBR reserve the right to decline or remove any event
