Annual dues for the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ICBR), Commercial Real Estate Alliance of Indiana (CREA-Indiana) and subscription fees for the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange (ICREX) are due December 31, each year.  Payment instructions can be found below by membership type.

Our REALTOR® members have the ability to pay their invoices online, with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) accepted.  Members will be emailed an invoice in mid-October and mailed a paper invoice in mid-November, as well as email reminders.  Payment may be submitted online below or an invoice is available upon request at admin@myicbr.org. Renewal payments are also accepted over the phone by contacting the ICBR office.

CREA-Indiana members can renew online via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) or via check.  Renewal payments are also accepted over the phone by contacting the CREA/ICBR office.

Appraiser members can renew online via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) or via check. Renewal payments are also accepted over the phone by contacting the ICBR office.

Government/EDC members can renew online via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) or via check. Renewal payments are also accepted over the phone by contacting the CREA/ICBR office.

Renew EDC Membership

Institute Affiliate (IA) members are those with one of the five commercial designations (CCIM, CPM, SIOR, ALC or CRE) who elect not to join the association as a REALTOR®. To keep your designation, you must hold membership in the local, state and national associations. IA membership is the default choice, when you elect not to become a REALTOR® member. IA members are invoiced directly from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). The $105 IA Dues fee is divided equally between NAR, Indiana Association of REALTORS® (IAR) and ICBR. As an IA member, you will receive an email from NAR in mid-November with instructions to pay online, if you need further assistance please contact NAR directly at 1 (800) 874-6500. ICBR cannot take your dues payment.

If an Institute Affiliate would like to take advantage of full membership benefits including event discounts and ICREX subscription eligibility, they can upgrade their membership to CREA-Indiana for $225/year.  By choosing this option, the affiliate becomes a member of the Commercial Real Estate Alliance of Indiana (CREA-Indiana) and is eligible to subscribe to ICREX at the member rate of $816/year.
