Annual dues for the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ICBR), Commercial Real Estate Alliance of Indiana (CREA-Indiana) and subscription fees for the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange (ICREX) are due December 31, each year.  Payment instructions can be found below by membership type.

ICBR REALTOR® Members – Primary & Secondary

Our REALTOR® members have the ability to pay their invoices online, with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) accepted.  Members will be emailed an invoice in late October and mailed a paper invoice in late November, as well as email reminders. What is the difference between ICBR and CREA-Indiana Membership?
ICBR membership is a three-tier membership providing access to benefits from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Indiana Association of REALTORS® (IAR) and ICBR. ICBR members are also designated as REALTORS® and can use the REALTOR® brand. CREA-Indiana members do not have access to NAR and IAR benefits and CREA-Indiana members are not REALTORS®. If you are a Primary REALTOR® member that would like to know more about CREA-Indiana before renewing, please give us a call.

Institute Affiliates

Institute Affiliate (IA) members are those with one of the five commercial designations (CCIM, CPM, SIOR, ALC or CRE) who elect not to join the association as a REALTOR®. To keep your designation, you must hold membership in the local, state and national associations. IA membership is the default choice, when you elect not to become a REALTOR® member. IA members are invoiced directly from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). The $105 IA Dues fee is divided equally between NAR, Indiana Association of REALTORS® (IAR) and ICBR. As an IA member, you will receive an email from NAR in mid-November with instructions to pay online, if you need further assistance please contact NAR directly at 1 (800) 874-6500. ICBR cannot take your dues payment.

If an Institute Affiliate would like to take advantage of full membership benefits including event discounts and ICREX subscription eligibility, they can upgrade their membership to CREA-Indiana for $205/year.  By choosing this option, the affiliate becomes a member of the Commercial Real Estate Alliance of Indiana (CREA-Indiana) and is eligible to subscribe to ICREX at the member rate of $565/year.
