Primary & Secondary
Secondary Membership is limited to those who currently are members of another local Board of REALTORS® through which they pay their State and National dues.
All other REALTOR® members have Primary Membership. ICBR bylaws require all commercial sales people within a firm be members of ICBR if any other commercial agent within the firm has Primary Membership in ICBR.
All Primary and Secondary Members receive a free Basic Access subscription to the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange (ICREX), with the option to upgrade to a Full Access subscription. To join as a REALTOR® member, complete the Membership Application and submit dues according to the 2014 Dues Schedule. REALTORS® who are applying for Primary membership with ICBR may apply online.
