Nancy Langdon named Legislative Director on CREA’s Board of Directors

The Commercial Real Estate Alliance of Indiana board of directors has named Nancy Langdon as the Legislative Director. Nancy will monitor and advocate for legislation that will impact commercial real estate professionals. The term runs through December 2024. 

“Bringing Nancy’s passion and knowledge on commercial real estate legislative issues will be an asset to CREA,” said CREA President Kyle Bernhardt. 

With Nancy’s more than 30 years of business development experience from her role as Managing Partner at a mortgage firm and her work with Near North Title Group and the City of Indianapolis/Develop Indy in numerous economic and community development roles, she is highly accomplished in business planning, international relations, sales, marketing strategy, and building and maintaining long-term relationships.   

Nancy joined Near North Title Group in August 2020 and currently serves as the Vice President – National Commercial Account Manager. Her responsibilities include maintaining and cultivating a local and national portfolio of commercial title insurance and 1031 like kind exchange real estate clients. 

Nancy is a longtime resident of the Indianapolis area and enjoys spending time with her two sons, traveling, exercising, and attending sporting events.
