Updated Data Now Available in ICREX

Updated Sale/Lease Comps data and Building/Land Records from 2008–12 have now been uploaded into ICREX. More than 46,225 records were updated, and an additional 2,311 new data sets were added for the first time. Full Access subscribers can now view:

49,450 Sale/Lease Transactions
601,083 Building/Land Records

Sale/Lease Comps are updated on a quarterly basis, while Building/Land Records are updated annually.
