Subscription Renewals: If you are a current subscriber and renew before 12/31/25, you should notice no disruption to your access. After January 1, if you’ve been deactivated, please allow 1 business day for re-activation.

New Applicant Subscribers: Please allow 1-2 business days for activation.

ICREX Refund Policy: Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase. If a user is determined to have an existing Moody’s account through another provider and a refund is requested, refunds will be pro-rated based on months of usage.
