NAIOP: University Challenge

Join NAIOP Indiana for the 2025 University Challenge, where the next generation of industry leaders will showcase their skills in a dynamic case study competition. University student teams will compete to deliver the best redevelopment plan for Union Station. This competition invites attendees to witness innovative strategies as the next generation of leaders present their visions for turning the site into a profitable and feasible project and will have the opportunity to determine the winning team through live voting.
