Indiana Commercial Real Estate Professionals Recognized for Excellence
The Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ICBR) recently recognized four commercial real estate professionals for leading their categories in transactions on the the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange (ICREX) platform.
ICREX Top Performer awards are awarded in: Industrial, Retail, Office, and Transaction of the Year categories. To be considered for an ICREX Top Performer Award, a broker must have input all listing data for their completed transactions into ICREX between January 1 and December 31, 2019.
The winners of the 2019 ICREX Top Performers awards are:
Transaction of the Year – Ken Newcomb, Jr.
F.C. Tucker Commercial Evansville
Newcomb, Jr. has worked in the real estate industry for over 40 years and is known for his negation skills and interest in community development. Along with this award, he is also an Indiana Commercial REALTOR® of the Year award recipient and member of the Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame.
Retail Top Performer – Brad Neihouser
Coldwell Banker Commercial Shook, Lafayette
Neihouser specializes in the sale of farm land, developmental land and commercial investment properties. He has a diverse background in real estate transaction and a variety of business ownership experience.
Office Top Performer – Fletcher Moppert
The Zacher Company, Fort Wayne
Moppert began working in commercial real estate in 1978 and joined the Zacher Company in 2011. He offers marketing skills related to retail, office and industrial properties, primarily in northeast Indiana.
Industrial Top Performer – Mark Sturgis
ADM Commercial Real Estate, Muncie
Sturgis has spent over 30 years in the commercial real estate industry after graduating from the Indiana University-Bloomington Kelley School of Business. His specialty areas include industrial, retail, office and land.

It is a broker-to-broker information exchange platform that provides subscribers with listing opportunities, accurate data and tools to organize searches and connect with other brokers. ICREX data is the most accurate information available to Indiana commercial real estate professionals, with all records regularly updated by brokers and quarterly imports of disclosure data from the state of Indiana.
