Looking to the Future in 2016

As we move toward the holidays and a new year, here are just a few of the things ICBR is looking forward to in 2016.

• Increased listing exposure for ICREX subscriber listings
  As an added benefit to ICREX subscribers, the newly designed ICBR association website provides consumer-friendly search functions. With the click of a button subscriber listings and broker profiles can be viewed by the public. The website also features information and listings on four city-specific pages which highlight Indiana’s major markets: Indianapolis, Evansville, South Bend, and Fort Wayne.
• 2016 Indiana Commercial Real Estate Conference
  Continuing ICBR’s tradition of offering all required continuing education per real estate license law, the 2016 Indiana Commercial Real Estate Conference will be held May 5-6, at the Ritz Charles in Carmel. Look for details in early 2016 or visit the conference webpage.
• Brand new education program
  In 2016 ICBR will be rolling out a brand-new education program to help guide brokers in to the commercial real estate industry.
• District Day – 2 hours FREE continuing education for ICBR members
  For the first time ever, ICBR will offer 2 hours of free CE to all ICBR members. Make plans to join your district representative on February 25 for this education opportunity in your own backyard.
• Online CE Opportunities
  In addition to increased listing exposure, the new website also offers the opportunity for online education. Due Diligence Done Right, first offered at the 2015 conference, is the first session available for purchase. Contact ICBR for more information, and look for more courses in the coming year.
