Indiana Commercial Real Estate Conference – April 22, 2026
The Indiana Commercial Real Estate Conference will be held Wednesday, April 22, 2026, with a kickoff networking reception the evening of Tuesday, April 21st. The conference will be held at Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown IUPUI.

2026 Industry Luncheon – October 20, 2026
CREA & ICBR are happy to partner with a number of CRE organizations to offer the 2026 Industry Luncheon this year on October 20, 2026. This event brings together hundreds of CRE professionals to discuss trends and news impacting the industry and allows attendees to network with others from across the state.

Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program – November 10 & 11, 2026
CREA & ICBR’s Commercial Real Estate Certificate program was designed to bridge the gap between standard pre-licensing education and commercial designations, and provide an entry-level look at the commercial real estate industry. This program offers a comprehensive curriculum spanning the industry, and is ideal for professionals new to or wanting to begin their commercial real estate career, or even seasoned individuals looking for a refresher.

Designed for new CRE professionals and seasoned individuals alike, CREA & ICBR’s Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program offers a chance to solidify your foundational knowledge of commercial real estate transactions here in Indiana.
This 2-day, in-person program offers allows you to:
- Learn the essentials: property management, lease & purchase agreements, appraisal basics, and more
- Enjoy in-person instruction from industry experts familiar with the Indiana market
- Connect with a small cohort of fellow CRE professionals
- Earn a certificate (with optional testing) + 12 CE hours (licensed Indiana brokers only)
