Who We Are: Two Commercial Real Estate Organizations

The Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ICBR) is the only state-wide REALTOR® organization 100% dedicated to commercial real estate professionals. As part of the National Association of REALTORS® family, ICBR provides access to national data and research and discounts, Zipforms and legal helpline and commercial-specific education. ICBR was founded in 1994 to ensure the voices of commercial real estate professionals were represented in the REALTOR® organization in Indiana, and to dedicate resources to CRE education and tools.

The Commercial Real Estate Alliance of Indiana (CREA-Indiana) unites commercial real estate professionals from all disciplines, including REALTORS®, brokers, investors, developers, property managers, attorneys, title companies, banks and all partners involved in the CRE industry. This organization was started in 2016 as a way to expand the REALTOR® network and build a more inclusive industry organization.
