The Communication Directors Institute provides REALTOR® organization communication staff with information, skills building, and resources to enhance member, consumer, and media communications. The networking and learning opportunities also aim to strengthen relationships between the national, state, and local association communicators.

The Government Affairs Directors’ Institute (GAD Institute) is an annual professional development conference for state and local real estate association professionals who provide guidance to and work for associations in the areas of government affairs, political affairs, legislative or regulatory affairs, lobbying, advocacy, RPAC fundraising, campaigns, community outreach and/or all REALTOR® Party initiatives.

Realtor members must complete at least 1 ethics course every 3 years by December 31st. This is a requirement of your Realtor membership mandated by NAR. Proof of completion certificate must be submitted to your primary Realtor board.
Free ethics courses available:
– NAR (select Existing Member Course)
– RECP (12 hour CE package includes NAR ethics course)
