The Commercial Real Estate Alliance (CREA) is a statewide organization of commercial real estate professionals under ICBR, not affiliated with the REALTOR® trademark. Membership with CREA is on an individual basis and is not regulated by the one-member-all-member requirement. The Alliance provides licensed real estate professionals unable to become a REALTOR®, a community in which they can network, learn, and grow professionally with other commercial real estate professionals from around the state.
