NAIOP: University Challenge

NAIOP Indiana invites you to an exciting event featuring future leaders of the commercial real estate industry, college students sharing ideas about the redevelopment of a 26 acre parcel of land south of downtown Zionsville. The winning team will receive the Wally F. Holladay Entrepreneurial Excellence Award and a $5,000 Scholarship provided by the Opus Foundation.

Attendees will have the opportunity to:

• Help shape the outcome of the competition through audience voting
• Gain inspiration from fresh perspectives on redevelopment ideas
• Meet and network with students, team coaches, judges, subject matter experts and fellow attendees
