Each year, Indiana’s leading commercial real estate and built environment organizations come together for the Joint Industry Luncheon — a signature event that convenes a diverse cross-section of professionals for meaningful connection, shared learning, and industry-wide dialogue.

This year’s program, “Creating a Magnet State: Indiana’s Keys to a Successful Future,” will explore what it takes for Indiana to attract and retain talent, investment, and innovation in an increasingly competitive landscape.

The conversation will focus on three critical drivers shaping Indiana’s future:

1. Reimagining Downtowns & Innovation Districts: Insights from the Downtown Innovation Corridor study, with perspectives on how strategic investment and collaboration can shape vibrant, competitive urban centers.
2. Housing & Workforce Development: A data-driven look at the role housing plays in supporting a strong workforce—and why expanding access to quality, attainable housing is essential to economic growth across the state.
3. Positioning Indiana as a Destination: Strategies to attract people and businesses to Indiana, with a focus on statewide economic development, quality of place, and long-term competitiveness.
