Realtor members must complete at least 1 ethics course every 3 years by December 31st. This is a requirement of your Realtor membership mandated by NAR. Proof of completion certificate must be submitted to your primary Realtor board.

– NAR (select Existing Member Course)
– RECP (12 hour CE package includes NAR ethics course)
ICBR/CREA membership dues & ICREX renewal are due by December 31st each year.
Dues renewal invoices are sent by mail & email in Early November.

The Asset Management Track is comprised of skill-based courses that, when taken in sequence, progressively build your knowledge of financing and valuation of real estate assets.
