ICBR owns and operates the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange (ICREX), powered by Moody’s—Indiana’s statewide commercial information exchange. ICREX is an optional paid subscription available to CREA & ICBR members who are licensed brokers or appraisers. With a subscription, users can list and market their properties and gain local, state, and national exposure. Subscribers also receive access to detailed property data, including comparable sales (comps), making it a powerful tool for pricing, research, and prospecting.
Not a broker? Non-brokers can create a free Moody’s account for limited access to select property information. Full access to ICREX, including comps, off-market properties, assessed values, building details, and sales disclosures, is only available to subscribers who are licensed brokers or appraisers.

Ideal for newcomers and seasoned pros alike, this comprehensive program covers the essentials and awards 12 continuing education credits.
Members enjoy a significant discount on registration, making top-tier commercial real estate education more accessible than ever. Classes are in-person, offered once a year, and completing the program requires passing a final exam.

Available each year from early spring through June 30, this program offers 12 commercial-focused Continuing Education (CE) credits for Indiana real estate brokers to meet their annual requirement. Earn CE that’s relevant to your work—on your schedule. ICBR/CREA members receive exclusive discounts on registration.
- Members receive free registration to our regional district days which offer Continuing Education (CE) and programming tailored to your local market. Additional networking and educational events are available throughout the year.
- REALTOR® members of ICBR and the Indiana Association of REALTORS®, also receive free annual CE through IAR’s educational partner, RECP.
Members receive timely, targeted updates through exclusive newsletters like the CREA INsider, ICREX Property Features, and more. These communications deliver industry news, member highlights, and key updates to keep you connected and informed. You’ll also get reminders about real estate broker license deadlines and major legal decisions that impact your business—so nothing slips through the cracks.
ICBR and CREA-Indiana maintain an industry calendar containing all upcoming events. Having one industry calendar allows for organization and time management and ensures you won’t miss any opportunities for networking, education, etc.
