Becoming an accomplished business professional takes more than just hard work. In fact, how you respond to ethical challenges has a big impact on your long-term personal reputation and success in business. But being ethical is not just a matter of following the law – it’s meeting the standards and expectations that govern the real estate profession. Each year, Indiana’s leading commercial real estate and built environment organizations come together for the Joint Industry Luncheon — a signature event that convenes a diverse cross-section of professionals for meaningful connection, shared learning, and industry-wide dialogue.
This year’s program, “Creating a Magnet State: Indiana’s Keys to a Successful Future,” will explore what it takes for Indiana to attract and retain talent, investment, and innovation in an increasingly competitive landscape.
The conversation will focus on three critical drivers shaping Indiana’s future:
Join a distinguished panel of leaders — Mark Fisher (Indiana Association of Realtors), Kim Brant (Indiana Economic Development Corporation), and Brenda Frieje (ReThink Coalition) — for a forward-looking discussion grounded in data, real-world experience, and bold ideas for the future. The conversation will be moderated by Gerry Dick, host of Inside Indiana Business.
Hosted in partnership by BOMA, CCIM, CREA-IN, ICBR, IFMA, IndyCREW, IREM, CREDA, ULI Indiana, and SIOR, this annual luncheon offers a unique opportunity to engage with leaders across disciplines and be part of the conversation shaping Indiana’s future.
