Annual dues for the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ICBR) and subscription fees for the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange (ICREX) are due December 31st each year. Payment instructions can be found below by membership type.
REALTOR® Members – Primary & Secondary

Our REALTOR® members have the ability to pay their invoices online, with both credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) and e-checks accepted. Follow our step-by-step guide to help you pay your dues invoice online, then click here to begin. Additionally, members are mailed a paper invoice during the month of December. Renewal payments are also accepted over the phone by contacting the ICBR office.

Institute Affiliate (IA) members are those with one of the five commercial designations (CCIM, CPM, SIOR, ALC or CRE) who elect not to join the association as a REALTOR®. To keep your designation, you must hold membership in the local, state and national associations so IA membership is your default choice, when you elect not to become a REALTOR® member. IA members are invoiced directly from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). The $105 IA Dues fee is divided equally between NAR, Indiana Association of REALTORS® (IAR) and ICBR. As an IA member, you received an email from NAR the week of November 24th with instructions to pay online, if you need further assistance please contact NAR directly at 1 (800) 874-6500.
Our Corporate Affiliate (CA) members are invoiced by mail during the month of December. CA members can pay via credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or via check. Renewal payments are also accepted over the phone by contacting the ICBR office.
Economic Development Corporations
Our Economic Development Corporation (EDC) members are invoiced by mail during the month of December. EDC member can pay via credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or via check. Renewal payments are also accepted over the phone by contacting the ICBR office.
