All ICBR members (with the exception of Institute Affiliate Members) receive a Basic Subscription to ICREX, a statewide commercial information exchange, with the ability to list and market all of your properties. Upgrade to a Full Access subscription, and your listings receive local, state and national exposure.

Not a broker? ICREX features hundreds of thousands off-market properties, assessed values, building details and improvements and sales disclosures. ICREX data is the most accurate information available to Indiana commercial real estate professionals, with all records regularly updated with information from the state of Indiana.
